Tyler Wren is representing an established Insurance business who are looking to add a Broker Support to their team located in the North Shore. 

The Role:

Our client is looking for a candidate who has previous General Insurance experience working across Personal Lines and Commercial Business Risk. You would be responsible for been the internal support contact for clients which includes insurance, investment contracts and any maintenance required for the policy holder. This role will also support the advisers in the business whilst also resolving incoming queries. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Effectively communicate with clients and internal stakeholders, inbound and outbound conversations
• Identify opportunities with each client interaction
• Following up on Quotes and new clients through agreed Service Level Agreements
• On boarding of new clients
• Review and Process client queries including any policy maintenance requirements
• Assist administratively across Personal Lines; Commercial Lines and Investment Contracts
• Assess client enquiries in a timely manner

About you:

• 3+ Years experience across General Insurance, preferably Commercial Business Risk, underwriting or call centre experience in Insurance would be considered
• Good planning and organisation skills
• Ability to be able to adapt to change 
• Ability to multitask and can cope at the times we are working under pressure
• Negotiation and influencing skills would be advantageous
• Problem solving and decision making skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
